TRAINER PROFILE
VINCENT T.S. KHOO
Approaching 20 years of corporate experience in the area of Commercial, Sales and Customer Service in Malaysia and Singapore.
Last position was the Head of Commercial in Malaysia and Singapore for a Middle Eastern National Shipping Company. Leading the Key Account, Sales, Telesales & Sales Support Teams, Customer Service Teams and Documentation Teams in Malaysia and Singapore.
As Head of Commercial, Mr Vincent Khoo was also the Global Trainer for the company in the Area of Sales & Sales Management as well as Customer Service Trainings.
He was also part of a selected team of Senior Managers which are responsible in developing CRM program for the company and integrate it with the global sales and customer service processes.
Travelled around Asia, to provide trainings to agency offices as part of the execution and implementation of the new sales and customer service processes.
Graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Murdoch University, Western Australia.
